I am in seventh grade and I go to school in Grantsburg, Wisconsin. I am really interested in this topic, and my friends and I want to see a change happening, soon. We are doing a project in school called “Project Citizen”. We decided to do our topic at a Federal level, so it will be more difficult, but all we will need is more supporters. We want to see a change in the amount of plastic ending up in our oceans. We kindly ask that you support us, as in, just believe that we can do it. Believe we can make a change.
