Meet Danni!

The Big Blue and You Foundation founder and CEO

As the founder and CEO of the Big Blue & YOU Foundation Inc., 23 year old Daniell ‘Danni’ Washington began this organization after winning $10,000 from the ROXY ‘Follow Your Heart Tour’ competition presented by Schick ® Quattro For Women ® intended to inspire young women to go after their dreams.  As a recent graduate of the University of Miami with a double major in Marine Science and Biology, Danni is using her newly formed foundation to increase awareness of the current declining state of the environment on our planet, specifically focusing on children in hopes creating of a brighter, healthier tomorrow.

New! Danni is featured on the UM Rosenstiel School of Marine & Atmospheric Science alumni web page.

Giving Orphans Dreams Project

More information on this project will be posted in the coming weeks!

The Big Blue & You Foundation's international initiative reaching out to young orphans in island nations like the Philippines, Haiti and Jamaica which are culturally and economically influenced by the Ocean.  BB&Y plans to raise money for the basic necessities of the orphans living in these countries while providing environmental education programs that will inspire these children to live more sustainable lifestyles and help them achieve their dreams.
